My Move Was a Nightmare

I am thoroughly disgusted with the service Full Service performed for my move. Due to time restraints, I paid for the "full pack move". First of all, the workers were late showing up at my residence. Additionally, they did not have the correct size truck at the time of the move. To compound the matter, the foreman continued saying to me that he had to go because he had to be in North Carolina. When we finally reached the destination of my new home, I discovered that there were pieces of my son's bed that they did not pack. Additional workers were called (they were from Atlas) and those workers began to complain about the disorganization of the move. Furthermore, upon returning to my old home in Alabama, I found that the workers didn't empty all the cabinets as instructed, they did not label the boxes, pictures were left on the wall, wife's work-out clothes were left, drawers in dining room still contained electronic components, laundry basket was left full of clothes, and there were several cabinets in the living room that were not emptied. No one Full Van Line Service ever addressed my concerns, although I contacted them on several occasions to voice my concern and displeasure with their service. In sum, this was the worse move ever. I will never use this service again and neither would I recommend them to anyone.
