My cousin recommended Frontier after he used them for his move from Oklahoma to Florida. I decided to use them to move me from Oklahoma to Georgia. Overall it was a positive experience. I had a bit of an issue on pickup. I hadn't told the sales rep about my motorcycle, I guess it slipped my mind with all the stress of moving. Turns out there are special charges for the motorcycle because it is bulky. This effected my price and I was pretty upset. At first I didn't understand what was going on and why I was being charged. When I called the office I spoke to the manager, Rachel. She was so sweet and courteous. She made me feel better instantly. She calmly explained the situation and she patiently listened while I ranted (I was pretty overwhelmed). She spoke with the foreman of the move and straightened out the pricing to something I could understand and agree upon. So while there were extra charges on pick up I understand why and I really appreciate the way the situation was handled. These guys are real pros and I feel like they really do care. My delivery arrived within a week and everything was in perfect condition. Ultimately, it was worth the money.
