This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my whole life. The company is run by the most incompetent person in the business...MOSHE. It began with the company overshooting their window of 12-2pm for pickup. Moshe ignored my many calls for information regarding when a crew would arrive. I mean IGNORED. He kept promising someone would be there "soon" like 15 minutes. He even accused me of lying when I told him that 30 minutes had passed since he said he would be returning my call in 10 minutes. He is unbelievable.
So...the crew finally arrived at 6pm, FOUR HOURS LATE! One hour after my deadline to move into my new building in DC. There was no compensation at all for wasting six hours of my life on a very important day. Moshe was so rude and inattentive that I can honestly say that I have never in my life encountered anyone, in any field of work, that is so poor at doing their job. He is obviously only concerned with making money at his customers' expense. He overbooks his crews and forces them to work until midnight or so. I could not believe my ears when the crew that was helping me move told me that Moshe was sending them to another job after mine and it was already 830pm. Can you imagine how long they had been waiting!? Unbelievable!?
That was just the beginning of this nightmare. Moshe charged my account TWICE for the work that was done and subsequently overdrafted my account. He was notified immediately and said he would fix it but he didn't. Three days of pestering passed before he decided to contact the credit company...something that should have been done immediately after learning of the complication. He even told me that my money was somewhere between his account and my account. What a guy! Totally inept.
I would only recommend this company if you are a glutton for punishment.
