No Call to advise the truck was "Broken"

Appointment was set for 7:30 am, at 8:15 am I called to ask where were the movers. Well, I was informed the truck broke down, they will be here at 11:00 am. The truck was on the side on the road, really, who are they fooling. They never called to advise of the situation, I was the one that had to contact them.
I made a terrible mistake by going with this company, I was fooled by the prompt follow up, proposal and Jessi promptness.
Moving company will drop the smaller or medium size job for the larger ones, and figures it's alright for you to wait.
They have no integrity, no sense of business, no respect and zero sense of responsibility.
Do not book this company for your move, you will be sorry. I wish they were as prompt as when they charge my credit card.
They are the ultimate failure.
