They are very nice while you contact them for moving. After you sign the contract, things changed totally. They have no customer service at all. They charge us more due to their wrong calculation (I have to pay the wrong number or the driver refuse to drop my stuff). My shelf and TV stand were totally damaged. They lost my FIVE boxes. While I try to contact them to settle down those issues, they are gone. I sent them emails, give them calls, send them letters... they never reply my email, answer my call, respond my message and letters! Shame on them. I guess they never try to find my lost boxes, return my money and compensate my lost. I will never recommand anybody to use their service.
