Thorough cheating and deceptive techniques - Never use them

NEVER beleive these guys, start changing lot of things at last moment where you cannot do any thing except loading the stuff. After loading my luggage then they said theat 10% discount is only for estimated and not the actual order amount. Their web site never say that. These guys say you can use 30 days free storage. Do not beleive that they will charge you. I complained to BBB reagarding this proble. I recommend other to do same if they face any problems. My BBB complaint is as follows:
2 Problems. 1. Company web site coupon says "10% OFF ANY MOVE WHEN USING OUR STORAGE". Did not mention any other clauses. When I enquired through phone then representative told me that 10% off on the order. But I got 10% off on estimate which is far less than actual billing amount. At the time of moving the company representative declined to give 10% on order. Actual order amount is approximately $6000, but their estimate is $2820.00, but I go discount of $282 on estimate rather than actual order amount. I beleive this is totally deceptive tactics and bad business practice to deliberately deceive customers. 2. At the time of booking and picking up house hold stuff, company representative Jessie, Joe Monaco (Forman) and Dave (Manager) told me that I could use 1 month of storage for free. I told them that I will use one month of their storage in CA after my stuff moved from Latham, NY. Company representatives said "Yes, I could use theior one month storage for FREE". But after reaching the destination the company initially put my stuff in storage location and then charged me $117 for storage. Which totally cheating a customer.
