I purchased a piano from an online auction for my wife. I spoke to Jessica about the experience her movers had in piano moving. She told me that they had experience in both piano moving & crating. The piano arrived to me in great condition. They even moved it upstairs for us and put it the family room. They advised us that we got one flight free of charge and so we didnt have to pay for them to bring the piano upstairs. They did a wonderfu job and I promised the manager that I would leave a comment about their extraordinary service. I would definately use them again.
