I found First Way via Google and they had amazing reviews. Their website looked professional which is always a nice start. I was glad to see that their professional website transcended over into great customer service and competence at their HQ. Over and above other move companies that I worked with First Way Movers were extremely kind and patient with me. They were more partners of the move, as opposed to 'some company' trying to make a buck. Something that I found was not common across all moving companies. They were great at communicating with me as I had a LOT of questions and I can't thank them enough for that. Michael the salesman that was my initial point of contact was extremely polite and professional. The service was on time and I couldn't be happier. Thank you to all the people of First Way if you're reading this. Much appreciated your excellence and attention to detail.
