These guys were prompt, the move initially was larger than I expected it to be, but they banded together with their team and did everything. Overall it was a much larger move and they got us here safe and sound -- it cost us a few extra bucks because we too more -- but other than that, it was fine. Packing and wrapping services were great. What I did was just order boxes and other things, so that was provided, and when the movers came in they had extra boxes and wrapping materials and they went ahead in their processes to get the job done. Nothing was broken during the move except for a floor lamp when they were leaving and coming down the stairs, but the insurance company went through the movers and their insurance company came out and fixed it. I would recommend them to my friends and family. You hear so many horror stories about these things, but this one was actually okay. The pricing was fine, of course they came out and said that the pricing they provided was based on X and the move was going to take more than that, and it did cost me more than that, but I would have expected that from any other moving company I would have chosen and maybe more. They were very fair with me and I loved that.
