The guys were very respectful to us as well as our furniture...they cared as if it was their own. My furniture is very Heavy..didn't complain not one time..I know they had to be frustrated because what we thought would take 3 hours actually more like 6 1/2 to 7 hrs..not what either expected but they made it work
