Despite calling me up to 5 times a day on quoting FCAMC were scheduled to do TWO onsite visits to estimate volume of goods to be shipped. Never showed either time.
First time their onsite estimator was sick, and he might have been, who knows.
The second time, on a Saturday morning, he had the office call to say he was "stuck in traffic down the shore" - in October?. This was 10 minuted before agreed onsite visit and I was in Jersey City.
Then when I mentioned my unhappiness to the office staff, saying I was not likely to use their services, she promptly hung up on me.
If this is an indication as to how keen they are BEFORE the job, you can only imagine their level of invisibility once they have your goods.
Well, they just weren't getting mine........
