I had a HORRIBLE experience with them, and was in tears multiple times over the situation. First, they arrived late, and then took twice as long to pack my stuff, so I missed a going-away event. Then they charged me over 50% above the quote - I would understand some, but 50%?! 3 days later when they were to deliver, they NEVER SHOWED. Since it was a Sunday, I couldn't reach anyone, no one called me, and I sat in an empty apartment for 10 hours just waiting for them to show. Spent hours the next day on the phone arranging a reschedule, and they said they'd come that night, but I told them they'd have to be done by 8pm (building rules) - but they didn't show until 9:30! They said they'd come back at 8am, but they didn't - instead the truck drove to Pittsburgh (I'm in Philly) for a new pickup - which resulted in their mixing up both shipments. The management took hours to get back to me the next day again. They finally came at 7:30 the next night (Tuesday, where they had committed whey I hired them to deliver between Sat-Mon), failed to unload 8 boxes (I found them w/the Pittsburgh stuff when I double-checked the truck, so I almost lost that property), and didn't leave until after midnight! (This is against building rules which I made VERY clear and I could have gotten in trouble). They also sent only 2 guys to unload where they sent 3 to pick up, and clearly 3 were needed for it to not take forever (why would they bother? They had already gotten paid, and I had no recourse). Some items (e.g. drawers or doors of small furniture, plates and other fragiles) were broken or beat up, and they lost part of my dvd wrack so it wasn't functional. Also, when I unwrapped the screws they'd taped up for my to reassemble items, I found a tape roll wrapped with a dead frog inside that they had left with me - I can't make that stuff up. I felt horribly jerked around by the whole situlation and helpless since they had my property and there was nothing I could do - not even withold payment. Avoid at all costs.
