Company Charged Back A Legit Charge

Gerry Miller and/or Amal Jay from First Choice Courier (Irving, TX) have decided to charge back a legitimate AMEX charge. They listed their company as an advertiser on www.MoverGuide.com and several other sites for $50 a month. They listed from July 2007 until April 2008.
When their company went out of business they decided to CHARGE BACK all the way to December 2007, even though they didn't call us to cancel until April 2008.
We even refunded April since it was close to when they were charged, even though they didn't give us the appropriate notice to cancel.
This is a horrible business practice that I want to make sure others know about. It is unfortunate that their company has gone out of business, but charging back legitimate transactions is the equivalent to stealing and theft.
It would be our recommendation to not do business via credit card with this company or these two individuals.
