This was a horrible move experience. Larry was our contact and basically nothing that was said by Larry really worked out. The short version is that the truck was 2 days late and when the movers did arrive it was WITHOUT boxes or packing supplies so we had to purchase our own. The movers had no clue that they were packing up the house even though that was what was agreed upon with Larry. The truck was also TOO SMALL so we ended up leaving pretty much 2 full bedrooms (furniture, tvs etc). Things were just put in boxes with no padding. Larry said we did not need someone to come to house to estimate the move that it could be done over the phone. Many items listed on the Moving estimate never made it on the truck. The movers were 2 nice, polite hard workers but they were not professional movers and the scope of the job was too big for them. The family had to actually move separately since my husband actually had to step in and buy the moving supplies (boxes, packing paper, tape etc) and help with packing and moving.
The truck did arrive in Tennessee on time and the same said movers worked hard in moving the items which did make it into the house. Items were broken int he move but I did expect that. I am more upset that the furniture that did make it has dings and scratches. There is a full gouge in our desk hutch and a missing handle on our bedroom furniture.
I would not recommend this company as there is a major disconnect between what the salesman tell you and what you get.
