This company is horrible. I would not consider using them in the future. Similar to someone else, I requested quotes for a cross country move. They contacted me regarding the cross country move and pressured me to make an immediate decision because the truck would be there the same day or the following day, then proceeded to force a decision. I asked about their BBB status and was told there were two companies - a broker who had a D and their movers who had a B. Either way, the customer service, no returned phone calls or emails and refusal to talk with me when I requested a supervisor was not appreciated.
They seem to simply be in the business to get the deposit. I was told they were full of brokers and not honest about anything, so I suppose it is my loss. When I requested a refund with a matter of two hours of the initial pressured decision, I was told absolutely not. Every interaction I've had verbally and via email has not been productive or positive. With this company, the customer is never right and always owes more money.
First Call Movers seems to be focused completely on themselves and not at all on the customer. I feel slighted, conned and scammed. I would never recommend using this company, no matter what price they quote you.
