DO NOT USE!!!!! Horrible experience! First know that they have an A- rating with the BBB and don't even belong! Everything I was told was a direct lie or an edge to the truth, but nothing was true for MY move. They did not have their "own" trucks to pick up and carry. These people are a broker! They in turn hired another company who DID NOT have a lisence to broker, but brokered our shipment to someone else anyway. Pick-up, money, delivery all wrong! They do not work on the timeline they set! Their goal is to get your initial payment and then throw you to the wolves. They DO NOT have their own trucks that come to my state! They DO NOT listen to what you tell them in regards to the the goods that you have to acquire an accurate estimate! Before it was all said and done, the state of AZ Weights and Measures had to get involved and thankfully they were able to stop part of the scamming we incurred. The state of AZ is also going to follow through with this company. A FEW WORDS OF ADVICE...DO NOT USE A BROKER WHEN MOVING AND DO NOT USE First Call Movers! They are not truthful and only want your money. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOU POSESSIONS!
