**WARNING** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! This company uses deceptive business practices to get you to book your move through them, i.e. low cost estimates w/out on-site evaluation/estimates & quick delivery. First Call Movers' contract suggests that you are getting a myriad of professional services. However, it also absolves them of any responsibility when the mover they book is less than professional - leaving consumers with no recourse. And, at the time of booking/signing their contract, you have no idea that they will be setting up your move with less than professional moving companies which then can/will jack-up the cost at time of pick-up &/or delivery or worse, NEVER intend to move/deliver your goods as contracted.The mover they booked my move with, Dean's Logistics, Inc., picked up my household goods then parked the truck in a local storage yard (less than 10 miles from where they picked it up from) for 26 days despite being paid over 80% of the total move cost up front. It took getting local police involvement to locate & retrieve my things! Neither First Call Movers or the mover: Dean's Logistics, Inc will return my money. There very own employees called me, after hours, on their personal cell phones to tell me that the way my move was going was what happens to 99.9% of people who book through First Call Movers !! STAY AWAY FROM FIRST CALL MOVERS! **WARNING**
