Worst experience ever. The staff was so nice untill i booked the move and paid the deposit. Once the deposit was paid, i dont get a proper response and the staff was so rude. The initial estimate they give was such a false extimate and when the driver comes to pick the luggage he gives another higher amount saying that the estimate was given without taking a look at the luggage. Finally once the luggage is moved, u will not even get a response from any of them and they are very rude when i called them. the lady who spoke to me told me that I should cal the guys who had my luggage and ask them about the delivery and not these people. I dont understand why I should be calling some other company when I booked the deal with these people and paid my advance to these people.
Never ever ever everrrrrr go for this company. I based my descision on few good reviews and now I regret having these guys move my stuff. Donot base ur decision on the reviews that say excellent. They are just made by the staff for sure. There is no way that any indivudual can have a good experience with this company.
They went way tooo high from the intial estimate that they gave me. now i am struck with no optiona nd have to pay lot of money for this worst service and i still dont have my luggage.
I just cant explain how frustrated and irritated i was right now. That lady i spoke to said that i dint know the math and she cannot explain me and hung up on me.
I gave a wrong move number as I have not yet recieved my lugagge and donot want them to damage them looking at my review. Fraud company
