Ex called movers on Monday to move Thursday. Asked me to put deposit on credit card. So I did and they sent me email for electronic signature. I signed and she decided against moving that night. I could not get any of my deposit back. No refund was in electronic signature form I guess I just overlooked but I think there should be some sort of limit on time or amount of money. They did nothing and kept $850 for their time. I would recommend you do not use this company. We moved nothing and they made $850 for doing nothing in 24 hours. What a scam. Once they had my signature, they knew they had to give nothing back. Checked BBB and others before even considering them. More than 100 complaints.
