Avoid these like the plague, and more importantly avoid Eric Scott at all costs. Deceitful con artists.
Still a waiting a call back from Eric Scott regarding all the lies and broken promises he made. Eric Scott called me up to 10 times a day prior to gaining my deposit. Never returned my call since.
We were scheduled for a pick up on Thursday, only to be told on pick up that the cost would be $1000 dollars more than quoted. These guys quote low and then totally screw you over. My inventory was 100% accurate with the quote inventory with even the pick up driver putting in writing that there were no discrepancies.
Eric Scott provided nothing but false information, and it wouldn't surprise me if this name is fabricated.
We refused to allow pick up of belongings and instead are in the process of doing the move ourselves.
Having filed a complaint and demanded a refund i had an email reply (not even the decency of a call) from a woman called Lori saying i wasn't entitle to a refund with an attached link to my contract which she claimed i signed. Not even an apology. Much to my amazement they tried to alter the contract after the event hoping i was stupid enough not to notice. Thankfully i had copies of the contract i had signed and am able to compare word for word between the 2. They are now being prosecuted for fraud, having provided all the information i required to help revoke their license.
Please don't make the mistake I made, and more importantly if you hear the name Eric Scott or Lori, hang up!
