This company seems great and professional during the coordination for services; however, I have had nothing but trouble since they picked up my goods. The driver called during the holiday weekend to deliver a week ahead of schedule; the dispatch informed me on 28 May that the driver would be calling me on Wednesday to coordinate my shipment delivery for this weekend (31 May - 2 June); of course the driver didn't call and every person at 855-515-6683 keeps giving me very unprofessional excuses and hang up on me. Top excuse: the driver is making other moves and you were not available for delivery [when the mover was]. Really!? Are we in Old Mother Russia (USSR)? Are the dictators running this company? Why is dispatch not tracking the shipments. They should be able to tell me exactly where my shipment is since they were ready to unpack it last weekend.
