I called First Call Movers because I didn't know of any reputable movers in my area. I had to move from Illinois to Michigan; so I didn't want just any company. From my first call I was treated wonderfully; their staff is impeccable at what they do. They contracted a local moving company to move me, and what I love is that they stay on top of EVERYTHING. I was expecting them to put me in contact with a local moving company and then they would be on their way, but was I wrong.
Every step of the moving process I was in contact with First Call Movers. They dealt with all of my questions and led me through the entire process; not only taking care of me and my needs but also protecting me from any issues that may have come up in the process. Thankfully I had absolutely no issues, the company that did my move was not only polite and careful with all my valuables they were on time and prompt. They were very knowledgeable about how to pack everything carefully to avoid damages. After my move was over, I found out First Call Movers had followed up not only with myself but also with the moving company that was contracted to me and made sure they stayed up to date and poised with all promises and commitments made to me.
Overall it was a wonderful experience using First Call Movers and if I ever need moving assistance in the future they will be my first and only call I make.
I highly recommend them to ANYBODY who needs any sort of moving; you will not be sorry.
