We had to cancel service due to circumstances beyond our control. Family member got sick and was hospitalized. Unable to make move. We called as soon as we knew of the situation which was six days before the move was to be made. The person who answered the phone said we were in the time line for cancelling to get our deposit back. That did not happen and they are refusing to return our deposit that was made. They were notified by phone and email on the same day of the cancellation. We were unaware that there were to different people with the same name, Randy/Randi. This company does not direct information to correct individuals. Then act like it is your error for their mistakes. In the beginning of doing business with them they are your best friend and make big promises. But that soon changes when they get your money. Beware of this company very unethical to deal with. This is a moving broker and not a moving company. They are in business to get your money and not provide the service. Don't ever do business with company. Our deposit of $426.00 is lost and they will not return it to us even though they did nothing to earn it.
