Aside from the fact that they quoted me $4500 and charged me $10K, they either broke or stole around $3K worth of my stuff. After nagging and calling them for nine months, I got a settlement letter for $210!!!! Now, three months later, I'm still fighting to get the check. If you use them, read the small print and insure your stuff or you'll be totally screwed!!!
