People looking to move,
Ok, so I finally received everything and I promised Jason that if he went through with everything promised I would actually write my first review on a company...
This would be my first review, I must say at first I read reviews on every company. Every one I spoke with was bad mouthing the next guy. I read some reviews on other companies that would scare you to death.
I came across Express Vanlines through a co'worker who had moved as well and gave me their information. I called and got in touch with Jason.
This guy is a GREAT talker, informative, knows his stuff when it came to moving but he was also very sincere. I decided to use him on 2 principals, one was that he never not once bash a competitor and number 2, he wasnt pushy at all. I hate pushy sales people..
Well, the day of my move, things went great, everything that Jason said they delivered. The only issues was delivery. The truck got nacked up several days, this was a problem for me because I was going to a city where I knew NO ONE. Jason knew how important this was for me.
I couldnt believe it and I have the proof if you would like to Email me, these guys made arrangements for me to stay 4 months in a hotel room. Of course I paid for it but then the discounted it from the move.
I mean what company out there that....? Very few. This was the deal breaker for me and why I decided to write this review. Also my stuff arrived in tact and Jason even called to follow up with me, also reminded me about the review, LOL..
Great Job Express Van Lines. I would recommend them as an honest company with GREAT employees!
