Its very challenging to find a moving company. I had over 30 calls. Every company you could think of pulling me each way, I spent hours on the phone. The minute I thought I had one company selected I would research them and would find something horrible about them.
Other movers were simply so ugly towards their competition. I came across Express Van Lines, my moving consultant Jason was extremely professional and very experienced. He was humble, genuine and honest.
His price although was not the cheapest, I research Express and in comparison with most movers out there, Express Van Lines was the company I selected. This decision was based on several factors, their reviews (which I decided to also post my experience), Their rating with the BBB and number of complaints in comparison with other companies but more than anything was the way I felt with my moving consultant.
He stayed in constant communication with me through out the entire move. Once the movers showed up, the foreman contacted Jason and he contacted me immediately to let me know he was a phone call away should I need anything. This is service!
The move went great, hard working team, there was a small discrepancy with the stairs but we resolved it. I paid exactly what I was quoted. My items did arrive 4 days later than expected but this was because of unexpected delays and Jason told me this could happen. I wasnt upset obviously because my expectations were already set and I stayed with my parents.
I have to say that this moving experience was excellent and I simply had to share my experience with everyone else on this site being it was this very site that was one of the reasons I chose express.
