My husband and I needed movers on short notice and where overwhelmed by all the moving companies that contacted us. We were worried about using movers because of some bad experiences we'd had in the past, but we really had no choice since our son could not come help us. From the beginning Joshua with Express stood out from the rest. He was very professional and answered all our questions easily. He went over all the details of our move and took his time to explain the process to us. We reserved with Express within a week of the day we needed to leave Washington and we had no trouble getting picked up by a wonderful crew. They were so friendly, clean and respectful. They helped with packing and also did all the labor and cleaned up after themselves. Very kind young men. I was also able to get a hold of someone everytime I called their 800 number and was treated kindly each time by their customer service girls, Jessica was especially sweet and helpful. They were able to deliver us sooner than we expected in order to accommodate us. I am so grateful to have found such a efficient company to handle our move. Easiest move we've ever made. Thank you again Express Van Line.
