I was left sitting on top of my boxes waiting for Colonial Van lines, a company I chose due to a cheaper price. Needless to say they never showed up, They never even bothered to call. I was furious and frantic as I had to be out of my house by the New Year, I spent end of Christmas looking for a mover, I remember Jason with Express because he was so thorough and warned me about a situation like this but of course I didnt listen.
I decided to give him a call and he got right back to me, I was shocked he was in the office, he set up my move and the movers showed up Dec. 31st, I was amazed, I paid a little more than what Colonial had quoted but I didnt mind at this point.
After going through what I went through I realized that there is NO such thing as a good deal, they quoted me what ever I wanted to hear and I trusted them.
Express showed up when promised, they did charge me for stairs but it was in the contract and in my need to get everything going i didnt see it so it was my fault. I was on a budget but I needed to be out by the 1st as the new home owners would be moving in, I had no choice.
Express was there for me and this is why I am writing this review, to thank them and to let others know this is a GREAT company, service was excellent, great communication and my items have been delivered and I am in my new home, thank to them.
