I have moved many times in my lifetime and this has been the company that has given me the best combination of price and service. Some moves have gone really well and others have gone really bad. When my company relocated me a few times I went with household names and the move was fantastic. Obviously these companies like Mayfloer and United cost a fortune but was able to use them because my company was paying for my relocation.
Other times I´ve had to move paying out of my own pocket. I had to go with companies quoting really cheap prices because of my budget. Very true what they say you get what you pay for. I had some horrible experiences. This time around I said I will make sure the company is reputable before deciding to go with the best price.
So when I called Express Van Line as a first time customer naturally I was a little reluctant to reserve my move with them because they had very good prices. I was a little nervous naturally because in the past when going with a cheaper price I had horrible experiences with my relocation.
I did my research on Express Van Line and yes, there were some bad reviews, but no more and no less than the rest of the moving companies out there, so I took a chance and reserved my move with them.
I appreciated that my salesman, Josh, he was very real with me. In return for his honesty I promised him if my move went smooth, without any problems, hidden fees, schedule problems, damages, the whole 9!...then I would write good reviews for him online. You kept your end of the bargain, Josh, so it’s only fair I keep mine. Here you go! Thanks again!
