Corporate Move. I had originally reserved with United, Move was scheduled for Sept 14th, United contacted me and told me that they NO longer had availability. They would refund my deposit, without even an apology. I contacted my estimator and he never called back or wrote back...
I was left out to dry by this MAJOR VAN LINE (Trust me, I already wrote a few reviews on them). I had to be at my NEW position by the 24th.
I had previously received a quote from Express and although we did not pick Express, I really liked everything the estimator had to say to me during the quoting process.
I had wrote his name down and he was the 2nd runner up, I contacted him last minute and told him what had happened.I could not believe my ears but he sensed my desperation and immediately started making calls to see if we could have a truck there the next morning. It wasn't his efforts that made him stand out, he kept his quote at the same quoted price. Although I needed this move last minute he did not raise the price.
That night I could barely sleep because I thought there was NO way this could be true, I was already imagining me driving a UHAUL 2500 miles to Florida because I had to be there on the 24th of September.
The very next morning I had 3 men at my door, I came downstairs like it was Christmas and I was 10 again. I was so happy, I immediately called Jason to thank him, he asked me to write this review when all is said and done. I received my items just yesterday and I just now set up my office and I am a man of my word.
Everything arrived in perfect condition, so I decided to write this review to thank Jason and Express and the world know that this is a great company to trust and do business with.
