I called two days before my scheduled move and I was assured the everything was in order for an 8:00am - 9:00am arrival for pick up. On the morning of my move the truck and movers hadn't shown up by 9:00am. At 10:00am I called to find out what was going on. Between 10:30 and 11:00am I got a call informing me that truck I was supposed to be on was in New Orleans heading east. At this point I was assured that they would find another truck in the Houston area and they would still get me moved. By 2:00pm still no truck and no other information. I tried for the next 2 and a half hours to reach someone at Express Relocation. I left messages on every line I called and emailed the person who provided me with my original estimate. At 6:00pm the night of my move I finally decided to rent a UHaul and fly some family members into town to help with my move. Finally on Sunday while driving the UHaul to northerm Utah from Austin, TX I got a call from Express Relocation to see if I had found another solution for my move. No apology, no explanation or anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have filed complaints with the BBB of Texas and will do so with every regulatory body that I can.
