Easy as can be with this company. They are so straight forward with their information, they always made sure to inform me about anything before making a decision. My things were packed great and arrived on time. Everything was in perfect condition. I had no trouble getting all the heavy furniture inside because the great worker helped me reassemble everything. It was an easy job.
