I look for a couple things when it comes to moving. First, good quote (it's always nice to save money). Second, friendly, knowledgeable and caring sales representatives. When the sales rep that is taking care of you KNOWS what they are talking about it makes everything so much easier!! And third, the overall company performance and experience.
