Totally rude and disrespectful

After being stalked from different phone numbers at all hours of the day, by Alex Alvarez for weeks, he was nice when I finally answered my phone, only to be hung up on when told him my husband chose to use another moving company. One of 5 companies that had come out to our home to give us a quote versus an over the phone quote which was way off. When I called back to ask why he hung up on me, he said "Lady you're wasting my time" and hung up another 2 times after that. Relocating is already a difficult and stressful process and the way I was treated was not okay. If had said okay, thank you for considering Expert Van Lines which we were, I would've let this go, but he was totally disrespectful and childish and no one should be treated that way especially when you have a lot of money on the line. Be more professional and not such a cry baby when you don't get what you want Alex Alvarez. This company could've gotten a good review and a recommendation just from being professional but I didn't get that so this is the result.
