Dents and extreme scratches on nice wood furniture

I tried to contact this company during my move and after my move by phone and emai. Left several voicemails pleading for them to call me back after the two movers showed up 2 hours late and without tools, complaining how heavy my furniture looked. I had to run to Autozone to get them Allen screws to unassemble my bed (out of my own pocket).
One or both smoked a cigarette in the apartment while my couches were still in the apartment. They took breaks while my time was still running. THREE hours later, they finished moving what they wanted of my ONE bedroom apartment.
They had no idea how to unassemble my living room furniture. They constantly still complained about how long the move was and how heavy my furniture was. I still have not received a call or any acknowledgement about the dents and scratches on all of my bedroom furniture and not to mention, the new apartment's wall has patches of paint missing.
