DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. 7/23/12. They have not delivered my furntiture and do not answer the phone when I call. When I use another number and do get thru, they place me on hold. I am out over $3300 (Pick-up cost) and still do not have my things. They know how to pick them up, but the delivering of the stuff they have problems with. Alfred is my sales person and I have seem smarter bags of rocks. He actually stated that they have over 200 trucks out there and do not know where my stuff is. How can any dispatcher not know where every truck is, what deliveries have been made and what is sitting on the truck. They picked up my things on June 6, 2012 and it is now July 23, 2012 and they do not asnwer my calls, get back to me or know where my things are. Also they low balled the cost, but informed the pick-up crew that pick-up was large. Me, I hadn't a clue that they would low-ball me. The cost is 3 X's the proposal. If you use this company you will be very sorry. I know I am.
