It was the biggest mistake that I used Experienced Vanlines to move my stuff. Problems that i faced: - Biggest problem is that out of my stuff Play Station 3 is missing. Now these guys rather than being apologetic that my stuff has been misplaced in transit. They are being rude and non receptive. - Initially no one tells you while giving you a quote that there would be extra charges on flight of stairs on distance from the truck. This has been my worst experience while moving.
