After reading the other reviews for this carrier now, I am kicking myself for not reading them earlier before I booked an appointment with them. I was charged a staggering 6 times more than what they quoted me in their estimate. It seems like their strategy is to bait customers with an ultra low rate and then present a final bill with an amount that is through the roof. My entire home closing process including the loan process was extremely smooth. And this moving company, towards the end, ruined my entire home buying experience. I called and mailed them multiple time before my move and told them how I would need a bigger truck and that I had more stuff to move than we estimated. They still kept giving me the same estimate. Now my final bill has charges that they never told me about and is not in their estimate. Lesson learnt. Never recommending this moving company to my family and friends.
