Almost two hours late (I was told by management driver had a wreck on way to job), Created problems in pickup from warehouse. Charged 2 hours for 26-mile trip that should take maximum of 45 minutes, charged 1 hour for 20-mile trip that should take 35 minutes at most. Charged $40 fuel charge for 46 miles (4 mpg). I was billed more than twice as much as a very logical estimate by Michael (salesman/mgr). He said he thought the bill was very inaccurate and said he would consult with his father to make an unspecified adjustment. But he would not respond the next day. But it got much worse. I made deposit with credit card, company website said credit cards were accepted and Michael (salesman/mgr) said I did not have to pay with cash. The driver (another Michael) demanded cash. He stood in the hall of my condo and screamed obscenities for almost an hour. Then I got calls from the father of salesman/mgr Michael who spewed a stream of the vilest obscenities with terrifying threats. It was simply extortion, which continued until I convinced driver Michael to accept a check, which he cashed immediately at my bank. Salesman Michael called with an apology, but I was cheated and never got any adjustment. From other reviews, other customers received the same treatment. A dangerous place to do business. I am still shaken by the terrible experience.
