I had the BEST experience dealing with Emerald relocation out of Washington. After going through the worst ordeal with an auto shipping company I was very nervous to ship my household items. From my initial email contact with emerald to the day my stuff got delivered I felt as though I was in good hands. My emails were always answered promptly, their phones were always answered and everyone I dealt with from the sales rep, to operations person, and movers provided great customer service. My move was over estmated so I was very happy when my move from WA to WI only ended up being $2600. My items were picked up and delivered in the time-frame I requested and I was very pleased overall. I dealt with a broker for my auto transport all i know now is that i will only deal with the actually moving company if i move again. I would definitley recommend Emerald Relocation to anyone looking for a moving company
