only good thing we can say is they did meet their delivery window but that is not hard considering they gave themselves a 3 week window which started 2 weeks after pick up. Regretted the choice as soon as our belongings were on the truck. Gave themselves a 1 day window which turned out to be approx 48 hrs. Once they had all our items on the truck we were presented with an amended estimate almost double the original quote. There were hidden charges that were never brought up by the sales person. They gave no way to check one the progress of the move. Once we were finally contacted about the delivery of items we were told on a Monday that it would be 4-5 days, Then we were told it would be Saturday or early Sunday, Finally we had our delivery about noon on the Monday after we were told 4-5 days. Items were broken with no acknowledgment from the delivery people. Would never use this company again.
