I had a chance to look inside the truck. It looks like things were just buried in there with straps to hold it from collapsing. One of my boxes was smashed up ( luckily I just had clothes in there ) and the could not find a box so the guy is suppose to call me tomorrow when everything is unloaded from the truck. The people were friendly on both ends, but just the wait time and organization was pretty poor. I also had to pay 80$ because the distance was too far since I live in an apartment complex. Pretty shady to me considering I did not have much furniture at all. He said he could get into the alley but not out... I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. Take my review for what it is. Yes, they might get you the cheapest quote, but with the add on charges and poor service, I in my honest opinion was not worth it.
