Worst experience. Rude customer service

These good reviews must be from family members, since I can't imagine such an chain of awful customer service only happened once. I have moved 10 times in my life and this was the most awful experience I ever had with a moving company. Not only they had a bunch of fees added to my bill, which they claim was on the small print I signed, but their customer service is extremely rude and useless. The actual manager even went on to say that he was being "inconvenienced" by me when he should be spending time with his family
1) hidden fees: When I first called to get a quote, I specifically asked if there were any additional fees in addition to what the agent was telling me. She said "no mam, that's all that is." Since my move was a rushed move, I had to sign the contract immediately and send it back to them. When they arrive they had charges that were 4 times the cost of what they had originally quoted me.
2) I called to ask about the status of my delivery and all they could tell me was "we don't really know mam, but we will call you when it's on the way. So I was then supposed to leave my house for about 7 days because they didn't know when it was being delivered?
3) from all the bad experience my conversation with the "director of operations" as he calls himself blew my mind away. The driver showed up and had an adittional 480 added to my bill. I called to clarify what these costs were for. After waiting for a while, the "director" said I was suggesting his driver was trying to extort me. Among other very unprofessional comments he mentioned that I was "inconveniencing him when he should be spending time with his family."
I have never in my entire life have dealt with so many unprofessional people in my life. This is just a synapse of a close to a 40 min conversation.
I would rather drive 5 times with boxes in my small car then to ever use this company again.
