I had moved from my home in Utah to Arizona. The movers came 6 hours after they said they would come. They had to transfer to a different truck as the truck that showed up was filled. They promised a 3 day delivery that I paid more for, and then they said they couldn't deliver that day. They then showed up that last night at 11:00 PM at night. I paid in advance an extra fee for delivering up three flights of stairs. They kept trying to charge me extra if I wouldn't pay right there. They even threatened to leave my stuff on the lawn if I didn't have "cash". I am not even going to mention the damage they did to my stuff as that was just the icing on the cake.
I was horrified. It was the worst experience of my life. I am a real customer I have a real email address and feel free to email me with questions as this company SHOULD BE out of business!!!
