Do NOT use this company. They showed up in a rented RYDER van, no ID, no information and 3 days early. When I tried to cancel the order, the FAX machine did not accept fax's. When I sent a certified letter canceling the job...the letter was returned with RETURN TO SENDER; NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED. They ended up keeping my $570 deposit even after they said they'd give me 50% back (which, of course, I never got.) Run away from this company as they are dishonest and disreputable. The salesmen were smooth and they made me feel comfortable; but THEY LIED!. Uniforms and ID would be great on the people picking up your hard earned valuables. How about stating they give the job to a third party supplier? They claimed they did not but the two DIRTY, SMELLY men who came to pick up my furniture had nothing to show me they were employed by Economy. RUN RUN RUN AWAY!!! Do not let them touch your furniture.
