Got a call from their dispatch manager over the weekend, who was very nice and apologetic about my experience. My original pick up date got pushed back two days. He said that my experience wasn't typical and he rectified the situation. He contacted the driver right away and figured out the issue and called me right back and informed me with the new pick up date. Very professional and shows their dedication to ensuring their customers are happy. Would use again and recommend to friends/family!
