I have moved many times before because of the nature of my job. I've had horrible moves, and ok moves, but never have I had an exceptional move like the one I had with Eco-Vanlines. It all started with the first conversation I had with my consultant, Daniel; I instantly felt at ease, and went over an inventory list with him. He was very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. We scheduled the move on a two day window, and a day before dispatch called me, and gave me a two hour arrival. It wasn't in the morning, like I would have liked, but then on the day of, the driver called me and asked me if he could come a bit early! They worked fairly quickly and thoroughly and packing and loading everything up. They even cleaned up after themselves; a first! I was so satisfied that I left them each a hefty tip. I wasn't too worried about the delivery, since I had all of the essentials with me in the car. They gave ME a call to update me about delivery, and even provided me with the driver's number, so that I could contact him directly. The delivery end was just as smooth and fast, though the movers weren't as tidy. All in all it was a great experience, and from here on out I will use Eco-Vanlines for my moves.
