THE WORST. THIS "COMPANY" HAS NO SENSE OF A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. They missed my move date which was a Friday. They aren't open on Saturdays. And even though I left numerous voice mails and emails from Friday to Sunday, no one could call me back. This experience has been horrible and it is only half over! They have my stuff! Because I had to leave on Saturday to get to Houston for my job, I had to ask a friend to be there when they finally picked the stuff up. Which didn't happen until TUESDAY. They do not return phone calls. I truly believe that they don't have the ability to make out-going phone calls. Even though I gave a detailed inventory with sizes, they now are trying to charge additionally stating that they did not know. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They have no morals and are completely untrustworthy.
