Although they don't usually move from St. Louis as I was told, my brother had moved with them not so recently and had uneventful move. I got a positive response that they could pick me up, let me know how to prepare for my move and gave me a nice referenced discount! I was notified on pickup that it would be a straight delivery which really surprised me and helped me out in starting at my new job.
