My move was a mixed bag, but Eco Vanlines really came through with their promises and delivered on the service that I expected. Booking the job was really simple, and it was helpful to go over my inventory with a representative instead of just sending it into the ether. The movers came on time and were quite helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, i had a side table I'd had for years that got a bit bent out of shape over the course of transport. The movers and customer service were very understanding, and I was able to submit a claim for my items. Thanks.
